How do Injinji Performance Toesocks help you achieve your peak of performance?
Injinji socks help me get out there every day and put in solid quality training sessions so I can get out there and hammer all season long. No longer to I have to worry about blisters and my foot mechanics are better now that I have more utilization of my toes.
What is the greatest obstacle you’ve overcome as an athlete?
Balancing school, work and training.
What advice would you give to new athletes in your sport?
Don’t try and do too much too quickly. Enjoy your training and racing because we all are doing these sports because they are FUN right?
Who is your favorite athlete and why?
My favorite athlete is Chris Lieto, a professional triathlete, he seems to really balance his training with family time and I truly respect that. I also really like his racing style where he goes to the front in the bike and hopes to hold on for the win, I really like this gutsy racing style.
What is one personal goal you hope to accomplish this year?
I will be running in the NYC marathon. This will be my 3rd stand-alone marathon and I hope to qualify for Boston.
Which cartoon character do you most resemble and why?
Johnny Bravo, he just seems like a funny easy going guy and was the first one who came to mind so im going to have to go with him.
